My story

I’m a structural engineer by training with over a decade of experience in the engineering field. I’ve always enjoyed digging into problems and figuring out how things work.
During the day, I was designing buildings, and outside of work, I was juggling motherhood, marathon training, and trying to stay committed to a career that didn’t quite feel like the right fit anymore. Even when I wasn’t fully connected to it, I kept going, mostly through discipline and a “just keep pushing” attitude.
But eventually, the stress caught up with me.
Motherhood pulled me in completely - I lost touch with myself, stopped moving, and stopped nourishing my body. Diastasis recti left me feeling weak, and the habits that once kept me grounded began to slip. My energy dropped. I barely recognised myself. When tests showed inflammation, hormonal imbalance, and early signs of metabolic dysfunction, I knew I had a choice: keep pushing through… or slow down and start to rebuild.
So I turned my curiosity inward.I dove deep into functional health, hormonal shifts, nervous system regulation, strength training, and the psychology of sustainable change. I blended my scientific mind with a more compassionate approach, and what I discovered changed everything.Through research, study, and small, consistent changes, I healed myself. I restored my hormones, reversed the early signs of metabolic syndrome, and reconnected with my body through movement and nourishment. That journey didn’t just change my health - it changed my purpose.It was about becoming the most grounded, energized, and resilient version of me yet, ROOTED IN STRENGTH, not in hustle.Now, I’m here to guide other women through their own transformation - those navigating motherhood, perimenopause, or just the daily chaos of life - to feel strong, calm, and in control of their health again. Because you shouldn’t have to reach burnout to begin healing, and because aging powerfully isn’t about resisting change, it’s about rising with it, with science, strength, and deep self-respect.

I blend evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, non-diet approach to help you create sustainable habits that truly fit into your life.My goal isn’t perfection - it’s progress.
